This site is operated by Neoscale, with teams in Tunis, Tunisia and in Canada. Using the site means accepting what follows. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site. Questions go to neoscale80@gmail.com.

Every client, brand and project named anywhere on this site is a business we have genuinely worked with. Each one is either a past engagement or an engagement that is still running. Nothing here is invented, borrowed, licensed from a stock library, or a logo we have simply worked near.

Where we describe a contribution rather than ownership, we say so in those words. We contributed to an event build for one company and produced video work for another, and we describe it that way deliberately rather than claiming them as clients outright.

We show this work as a factual record of engagements we have delivered. We understand that not every client wants their name in public, and that a client’s own preferences can change long after the work is finished.

So: if you are a client of ours, past or present, and you would rather your name, brand, logo, screenshots or work were not shown on this site, email neoscale80@gmail.com and say so. We will take it down. You do not need to give a reason, you do not need to point to a contract, and we will not ask you to justify it or try to talk you out of it. We aim to have it removed within five business days of your message.

The same applies to any individual named on this site who would prefer not to be.

The results shown on this site are reported by the client or read from the client’s own platform analytics. We will screen-share those accounts on a call so you can see the dashboards rather than our summary of them.

Where an engagement is listed without a figure, that is deliberate: it means the number is not confirmed, and we would rather show none than borrow one. Past results describe what happened for those businesses. They are not a forecast for yours, and nothing here is a promise of any particular outcome.

The teardown is offered free and with no obligation on either side. When you submit the form we review the website or profile you give us and send you our read on where we think the funnel is losing customers, along with how we would approach fixing it.

• It is our opinion, formed quickly and from the outside. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for any of those.
• We aim to send it within 24 hours. That is a target we work to, not a contractual deadline.
• We may decline to produce one, for any reason, including where the submission looks automated or where the business is one we would not work with.
• By submitting a website or profile you confirm you are entitled to ask us to review it.
• Acting on the teardown is your decision, and the results are your responsibility.

Please do not do the following:

• Submit the form automatically, at volume, or with somebody else’s contact details.
• Attempt to break, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Copy the design, code, copy or imagery here to pass off as your own.
• Use anything on this site to build or train a competing product or service without our written agreement.

We rate limit the form and apply basic anti-automation measures. If those measures stop you in the course of ordinary use, email us and we will sort it out.

The design, code, words, photography, video and other material on this site belong to Neoscale or to the clients whose work is shown, and are protected by copyright. Client brands and logos remain the property of those clients. Nothing here transfers any right to use them.

The teardown we send you is yours to use inside your business, whether or not you ever hire us.

This site links to client websites, to WhatsApp, and to our own product, and it embeds the Calendly scheduler on the booking page. Once you are on somebody else’s service you are subject to their terms and their privacy practices, not ours. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them.

This site and the free teardown are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the teardown will be complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost revenue arising from your use of this site or of a free teardown.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement starts because a form was submitted. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality and ownership. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, where our principal place of business sits, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you deal with us through our Canadian team, this does not remove any consumer protection you have where you live.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last moved, and the version published here is the one that applies.
